Career Coaching für Alumni

Du hast vor weniger als drei Jahren dein Studium an der ZHAW School of Management and Law beendet und brauchst Unterstützung in Karrierefragen?

• Du möchtest in einer kurzen Standortbestimmung deine nächsten Karriereschritte identifizieren – basierend auf deinen Interessen, Kompetenzen und Werten?
• Du stehst vor einer Karriereentscheidung und möchtest gemeinsam mit einer Beratungsperson eine fundierte Entscheidungsbasis erarbeiten?
• Du bist auf der Suche nach einer neuen Stelle und brauchst Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung deiner Positionierung oder im Bewerbungsprozess?

Im Career Coaching unterstützt dich das Career Services SML Beratungsteam dabei, deine Situation zu reflektieren, Optionen zu prüfen und konkrete nächste Schritte zu planen – fokussiert, persönlich und auf Augenhöhe.

Das Career Coaching versteht sich als einmalige Impulsberatung und richtet sich an BSc- und MSc-Absolvent:innen der ZHAW School of Management and Law bis drei Jahre nach Abschluss.

Inhaltlich sind wir flexibel und richten uns im Career Coaching nach deinen Fragestellungen und deiner Situation.

Vorbereitung und Verbindlichkeit

Damit wir den Coaching-Termin optimal nutzen können, bitten wir dich, einige Vorbereitungen zu treffen. Folgende Unterlagen müssen bis spätestens eine Woche vor dem Termin online eingereicht werden:

• Dein zentrales Thema oder Anliegen für die Beratung – bitte priorisiere dein Thema, damit wir im Termin gezielt und wirkungsvoll daran arbeiten können.
• Aktueller Lebenslauf
• Der von dir generierter Code für deinen persönlichen Auswertungsbericht, den du mit dem ZHAW SML Alumni Career Profiler erstellt hast. Der ZHAW SML Alumni Career Profiler ist eine Umfrage, in der du deine Interessen, Kompetenzen und Werte reflektierst (ca. 20 Minuten).

Alumni Career Profiler

Die Beratungsperson wird deinen individuellen Auswertungsbericht herunterladen, um sich auf die Coaching-Stunde vorzubereiten. Die Beratungspersonen verpflichten sich zur Verschwiegenheit über den Inhalt des Auswertungsberichts und alle im Career Coaching besprochenen Themen.

Wir beraten ausschliesslich auf Basis dieser Unterlagen. Ohne eingereichte Dokumente kann der Termin nicht stattfinden.

Rahmenbedingungen

• Die Beratung ist nur für BSc- und MSc-Absolvent:innen der ZHAW School of Management and Law bis drei Jahre nach Abschluss zugänglich.
• Eine Beratung kostet CHF 86.- (inkl. MwSt.)
• Die Beratung dauert 55 Minuten und ist einmalig pro Kalenderjahr.
• Alle besprochenen Inhalte und eingereichten Unterlagen werden vertraulich behandelt. Die beratende Person verpflichtet sich zur Verschwiegenheit.
• Der Anspruch auf das Angebot wird nach der Anmeldung geprüft.
• Eine Annullation der Beratung ist bis 48h vorher kostenlos möglich, danach wird der volle Betrag berechnet.

Bitte beachte: Bis 6 Monate nach Abschluss ist das ganze Career Services SML Angebot kostenlos nutzbar (für BSc- und MSc-Alumni). Solltest du vor weniger als 6 Monaten abgeschlossen haben, buche bitte die Angebote für Studierende oder wende dich per Mail an career.sml@zhaw.ch, um einen Beratungstermin zu vereinbaren.

Career Coaching Young Alumni

Did you graduate from the ZHAW School of Management and Law less than three years ago and need support with career issues?

• Would you like to identify your next career move through a brief assessment of your interests, skills, and values?
• Are you about to make a career decision and would like to work with a consultant to establish a sound basis for your decision?
• Are you looking for a new job and need support with promoting yourself as a suitable candidate or with the application process?

In Career Coaching, the Career Services SML coaches support you in reflecting on your situation, considering the options, and planning your next move in a focused, personalized, and straightforward way.

Career Coaching is a one-off consultation for BSc and MSc graduates of the ZHAW School of Management and Law, available up to three years after graduation.

We are flexible in terms of content and tailor our sessions to your questions and circumstances.

Preparation and Commitment

To make the most of your appointment, please submit the following documentation online no later than one week in advance:

• Your core topic or concern for the consultation. Please prioritize your topic so that we can work on it specifically and effectively during the appointment.
• Your updated CV.
• The code you created with the ZHAW SML Alumni Career Profiler for your personal evaluation. Use this survey to reflect on your interests, skills, and values (approx. 20 minutes).

Alumni Career Profiler

The counselor will download your evaluation report to prepare for the coaching session. Counselors undertake to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of the evaluation report and all topics discussed during Career Coaching.

We will coach you exclusively based on these documents. Without the submitted documentation, the appointment cannot proceed.

Terms & Conditions

• The consultation is for BSc and MSc alumni of the ZHAW School of Management and Law up to three years after graduation.
• A consultation costs CHF 86.- (including VAT).
• Your one-off consultation lasts 55 minutes.
• Entitlement to this offer is checked after registration.
• All content discussed and documents submitted will be treated in strictest confidence. The consultant undertakes to maintain full confidentiality.
• Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, after that, the full amount will be charged.

Please note: The full range of Career Services SML services is available free of charge for up to 6 months after graduation (for BSc and MSc alumni). If you graduated less than 6 months ago, please book the services available to students or contact us by career.sml@zhaw.ch to arrange a counselling appointment.
